Overview
This is a battle calculator for the Bloodbath Redemption ruleset for Axis and Allies 1940. While there are plenty of A&A battle calculators on the web, there are several features of the BBR ruleset that these other calcluators cannot adequatly handle. These differences include a different combined arms table, unit stats, and the application of technology.
The code for the Monte Carlo battle simulation is posted on github. I have included a link to it below.
- Statistical OverviewProvides probable outcomes, reamining troop distributions, percentiles, and IPC costs.
- TechnologyAll technologies that are present in the BBR ruleset have been implemented into the calculator. You can select techs for both the attacker and defender.
- Target SelectsSelect the number and targets of your targeted strikes with Tactical Bombers
- Unit Loss OrderChoose your own static ordering scheme or utilize the trained optimal loss policy.
- Surprise StrikesSelect the targets of your submarine surprise strikes.
- Cruiser AAPer ruleset 7.2, defending Cruisers now have 1 AAA shot on any attacking aircraft.
- Battleship AADefending undamaged Battleships and Super Battleships with only a single hit on them will fire AA shots on any attacking aircraft.
- Air TransportsNow able to select loaded units on Air Transports.
- Server-side SimulationEach simulations is run 10,000 times on my servers. It shouldn't take more than a few seconds. I have found that tend to be relatively stable so more shouldn't be necessary.
- ShareableShare you battles with anyone by copying the URL after your battle has run.
